Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year College or University preferred
5+ years of food safety experience in related industry
Certified Food Safety Manager, Certified HACCP Manager, and/or Certified ServSafe Instructor preferred
Certified Professional Food Safety certificate or willing to obtain within 6 months
Knowledge of food safety regulations in Georgia, Florida, Louisiana, Texas, Tennessee, Kentucky and Indiana preferred. Willingness to learn regulations in new markets as RaceTrac expands.
Previous experience in Retail Foodservice or Convenience Stores a plus
Experience with Compliance Metrix CMX1 software platform a plus.
