Job Description

The Recruitment Operations Specialist is responsible for RaceTrac’s recruitment processes, systems and programs in the Field and Store Support Center (SSC) with a goal of attracting the best candidates possible. This individual works to improve operational efficiency and data driven decision making across the recruiting function. The Recruitment Operations Specialist collaborates with Field and SSC Talent Acquisition, HR Information Systems, and Operations to implement strategies to increase the quantity and quality of RaceTrac’s talent pipeline.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree from a 4-year College or University preferred
  • 1+ years of experience in HR systems, process design or recruitment operations preferred
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data and communicate findings
  • Experience with Workday Recruiting preferred, other recruiting systems a plus
  • Strong communication skills
