Job Description:

The Technical Product Manager owns the delivery and support of IT services to business unit(s).  This role maintains the uptime of application and infrastructure services and collaborates with the business to define acceptable service levels and business continuity procedures.  This individual collaborates with business analysts, developers, and business stakeholders to deploy technical solutions and ensure product adoption.  As subject matter expert for the technology used within the business unit, this person will evaluate new technologies and help build business cases where appropriate to continuously improve IT solutions and processes. Up to 20% travel required.


  • Establishes support and maintenance procedures and governance to help resolve issues quickly at the lowest cost while meeting customer expectations.
  • Partners with business partners, developers, infrastructure owners, and direct management to develop system enhancements and product lifecycle roadmap.
  • Partners with business stakeholders to develop user training guides and business continuity procedures.
  • Partners with business to create onboarding process for new users helping them to rapidly become proficient in using technology.
  • Validates and ensures design integrity of business process/business application solutions to address complex cross functional needs; keeps abreast of technologies in the market and drives new technology evaluations.


  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science, Engineering or Information Technology preferred.
  • 5-7 years of technology systems support, development, and/or maintenance experience.
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills with the ability to multitask to balance immediate and long/term priorities.
  • Facilitation skills and demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Highly effective oral and written communication.
