Job Description

The Assistant Project Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of the project lifecycle for construction initiatives aRaceTrac and RaceWay stores. This individual leads cross-functional teams to produce high quality and cost effective construction solutions for the organization. The Assistant Project Manager provides support to Project Managers, Operations, Maintenance and other departments within RaceTrac to produce quality projects on-time, and within budget. Up to 70% travel may be required.

Job Requirements


  • 1-3 years experience in a construction related role or internship preferred
  • 1+ years proven project management experience preferred
  • Proven experience managing contractor relationships preferred
  • Experience with estimating and plan review software preferred
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Visio, and Project preferred
