The Business Analyst II is responsible for identifying and documenting business needs including understanding their structure, processes and operations. They will work in the BDO (Business Development Operations) team, and interact with all areas of the business, including but not limited to accounting, supply, marketing, scheduling, and IT. Responsible for partnering with the internal stakeholders to collaboratively generate creative ideas, problem solve, and gather business requirements to develop solutions to new and/or missing data in the applicable systems. Up to 10% travel may be required.
What You'll Do:
Collaborate with business owners on needs related to appropriate technologies and translates them into actionable requirements.
Discover new opportunities to optimize the business through improved processes and functional enhancements.
Partner with the Information Systems team to plan and execute projects in a timely manner while delivering upon the user’s expectations.
Work with leadership to assess current processes, systems, and tools to update and ensure the most efficient project or delivery lifecycle.
Provide production and end user support for all systems-related needs in the CTRM RightAngle.
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Business or related field preferred.
2-5 years of experience in the fuels industry strongly preferred.
Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills with the ability to multitask to balance immediate and long/term priorities preferred with highly effective oral and written communication required.
Proficiency in RightAngle required.
Experience using PowerBi and Excel is a plus.
Experience using ServiceNow is a plus.
