The Operations Reporting Analyst provides support to the team responsible for managing and directing the flow of information between the Store Support Center and Field Operations. This role will have an emphasis on the company’s Facilities Management sector. This individual carries out business analysis functions as well as systems and software maintenance to directly support both Operations and Service Managers as well as Senior Management. The analyst collaborates with cross-functional departments including Facilities Management, Accounting, Information Systems, Special Projects and Category Management to gather information and create the appropriate reports to be distributed. This individual is expected to report on the Company’s performance on a day-to-day and monthly basis with the ability to interpret the performance and communicate to key stakeholders.
What You'll Do:
Consistently send accurate reports and KPIs to Field Service Managers, Vendors, Technicians, and Senior Leadership.
Create, validate, and maintain project dashboards and ad hoc requests using Power BI and Excel to communicate KPIs and operational project updates to Field Operations and other cross-functional teams.
Provide data-driven recommendations to internal stakeholders on project decisions.
Proactively identify anomalies within data and escalate to appropriate stakeholders.
Identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks in operations through data analysis and recommend process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
Presents analytical findings to leadership teams on a weekly and monthly basis.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, measure, and track operational performance metrics when needed.
Identifies trends based on Vendor Performance on a weekly and monthly basis and provides recommendations on changes to drive improved KPIs.
Provide detailed monthly financial write up and analysis of repairs and maintenance spend and internal program performance.
Stay up to date with industry best practices, emerging technologies, and tools related to data analytics and reporting.
Performs other duties and responsibilities as needed.
What We're Looking For:
Degree from an accredited 4-year college or university, preferably in Data Analytics, Finance, Business, or related field
1+ years of professional experience in an analytics related field preferred
Knowledge of Power BI or similar tools is preferred
Customer service mindset with history of pivoting quickly and adapting required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically advanced Excel required
