Job Description

The Payment Systems Associate will assist in the daily reconciliation of ATM, Fleet, and RT proprietary card activities. This individual will review, investigate, and correct any errors and inconsistencies with the data being reviewed and reconciled. This position will play an integral role in RaceTrac's managed ATM program. Responsibilities will include coordinating with ATM vendors and reviewing/disputing ATM chargeback activity.

Responsibilities

Reconciles Fleet, ATM, and RT proprietary card activities
Reviews and manages ATM functionality issues
Reviews and disputes ATM chargebacks
Prepares accounting journal entries
Reviews invoices
Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

1-3 years of experience in reconciling data
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred
Experience with data reconciling tools
Fundamental understanding of analysis
Understanding of credit and debit card activity
Ability to communicate different areas of focus effectively with internal stakeholders and outside vendors
