The Quality Specialist oversees Service Channel innovation, maintenance, invoicing, and processes critical to supporting Store Support and In House Maintenance growth. This role also supports our store security guards through reporting, payroll, and store set up as well as oversees In House Maintenance onboarding of new technicians. The Quality Specialist is measured on their ability to provide quality across all responsibilities, ensuring our technicians are supported at the highest level.
• 1-2 years experience in a related field preferred
• Experience managing vendor relationships preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint required
• Knowledge of convenience store equipment a plus
• Knowledge of Workday is a plus
