Recruitment Operations Specialist in Atlanta, GA at RaceTrac

Job Requirements

• Ensures recruitment processes, tools and technologies provide a frictionless experience to candidates and increase the quantity and quality of candidates. 
• Optimizes Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other recruiting technologies and systems. Reviews and tests system updates and enhancements. Partners with HR Information Systems team on large scale ATS changes resulting in downstream impacts.
• Analyzes data to determine areas to streamline recruitment operations and measure the success of tools.
• Partners with Field and SSC recruiters to manage the change and implementation of new systems and processes.
• Proactively seeks feedback from Field recruiters, General Managers, and Candidates to understand ways in which to enhance our recruiting process and systems.
• Analyzes the cost of new platforms and technologies in an effort to show the ROI and impact.
• Recommends system and process improvements to current recruitment processes.
• Documents current recruiting processes and ensures SSC and Field teams understand how to leverage systems appropriately.
• Stays abreast of new recruiting technologies, trends, and challenges to support both a retail and corporate hiring environment.

• Bachelor’s Degree from a 4-year College or University preferred
• 1+ years of experience in HR systems, process design or recruitment operations preferred
• Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data and communicate findings
• Experience with Workday Recruiting preferred, other recruiting systems a plus
• Strong communication skills
