Job Description

The Talent Acquisition Operations Manager is responsible for promoting the efficiency and effectiveness of RaceTrac’s recruiting processes, policies and technologies to maximize the ability to hire quickly, reduce costs and ensure effective use of resources to drive success. This individual will lead, develop, grow and manage a recruitment operations strategy to deliver an exceptional candidate experience and meet business objectives. The Talent Acquisition Operations Manager role will support both the Field and Corporate populations with an emphasis on Field to create best-in-class, scalable recruitment operations.

Job Requirements

  • Remains aware of market conditions, trends and business growth targets to develop, update and execute a recruitment strategy.
  • Manages the team responsible for executing RaceTrac’s recruitment marketing strategy and supporting recruitment platforms.
  • Identifies and recommends system and process improvements to provide high quality services to recruitment teams and hiring managers.
  • Manages all operational aspects of recruiting.
  • Manages the recruitment operations and marketing budget and evaluates ROI.
  • Proactively identifies and researches new tools and technology to improve recruitment operations.
  • Identifies, builds, maintains and manages relationships with recruiting vendors, agencies and third-party suppliers.
  • Identifies, monitors and regularly reports key metrics for sourcing platforms, assessment tools, and other vendors to evaluate performance.
  • Gathers and analyzes data to inform decision-making and identify improvements opportunities and optimize recruitment processes.
  • Creates and drives marketing strategies to reflect RaceTrac’s employment brand and the candidate experience.

  • 3+ years of experience in recruiting, HR, operations and/or process design
  • Ability to effectively build relationships, partner, collaborate, and communicate across functions
  • Strong analytical background and experience using data to inform decision making
  • Project management experience
  • Vendor management and evaluation
  • Workday knowledge of recruitment systems preferred
