Job Description

The UX Manager manage both short-term and long-term consumer experience strategies leveraging UX best practice and consumer insights. They will oversee optimization of the current digital consumer journey by defining key moments across our digital touch points while fostering a test and learn mentality.

Job Requirements

  • Translates user research, best practices, system capabilities and business needs into a customer-first strategic direction for our digital products, and provide guidance throughout the design and development process
  • Collaborates with cross-functional team members including Marketing, Analytics and IT to push forward the creation and assessment of new UX/UI experiences
  • Understands the technical roadmap for MarTech products and make recommendations on short and long-term enhancements to optimize the user experience
  • Works effectively with external digital agency when appropriate to translate conceptual designs into seamless experiences within our digital channels
  • Facilitates user testing on prototypes/designs
  • Proactively brings UX/UI ideas to the team that tackle consumer challenges
  • Maintains our design tools and best practices that enable efficient development and collaboration
  • Supports a customer-first approach and champion the value to functional stakeholders to inspire confidence and drive approval
  • Ensures UI for consumer marketing campaigns provides optimal UX and provide strategic guidance to team
  • Continually monitors product analytics and provides insights to inform optimization
  • Leads ongoing funnel analytics review meeting in partnership with marketing analytics

  • 5-7 years working experience in UX/UI in a digital product and experience environment
  • Consumer-centric mindset
  • Highly flexible and willing and able to adjust to needs that arise in the marketplace or shifting internal priorities
  • Strong project management skills with high degree of comfort managing multiple projects and multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to use qualitative and quantitative skills to evaluate consumer journeys combining analytics with creativity
  • Strong communication skills and ability to communicate to a broad, diverse audience "what is happening" with the digital journey and how we can improve it
  • Comfort working in a start-up style environment where the pace is fast and the path is not always linear or clear
  • Displays passion and curiosity
