Cross Functional Group Project

Curious about how different parts of the business come together? Our intern group project is your chance to find out. Interns from various departments team up to tackle real business challenges submitted by RaceTrac leaders. Throughout the program, you’ll collaborate, problem-solve, and develop a solution - then present your recommendations to senior leaders at the end of the summer. It’s a one-of-a-kind opportunity to build your skills, gain cross-functional experience, and make a real impact.
