
TheAssociate Project Manager is responsible for supporting the Project Managers with overseeing and coordinating projects, contributing to strategic project planning to support cross-functional and companywide initiatives.
What You'll Do:
This individual will be instrumental in ensuring optimal project performance by driving insights from data, establishing KPIs, monitoring and evaluating the overall project(s). They will also leverage critical thinking and problem-solving skills to serve as a strategic partner to the business and the project team with a desire to learn and grow. Up to 10% travel may be required.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree from 4-year College or University; a focus on, finance, business communications, or related field preferred.
- 0-2 years’ experience within a business, consulting, or analytical role preferred; a focus on engineering, finance, management, information systems and/or business-related field preferred.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment.
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office preferred, proficiency in Excel, and Visio a plus.
- Experience in project management software, smart sheets is a plus.
